Our goal is to explore the mechanisms by which women are made in-/visible —and kept so—in the field of quantum technologies, and to translate our findings into visibility strategies within and beyond the discipline, with the participation of established leaders, high-performing women, and those with high potential, as well as their networks. Here, we publish our approach and our research findings.
